She told me that had to be handled by the field adjuster ( who lives in **************). I told her I could send her photos of the damaged tiles, photos of the contractors removing the tiles, and photos of the floors in their current state (without tiles). After an hour and 31 minutes, I spoke with a representative who informed me that the file was sent back to the field adjuster because they needed some additional photos of the damaged tile floors. Today (January 4) I called customer service again. When I spoke with customer service on December 26, the agent apologized for the delay.put me on hold to "talk with her supervisor", then told me the checks would be expedited and mailed out by the end of the week. On the three occasions i actually spoke with a person, I was on hold for an hour and 28 minutes, an hour and 42 minutes and an hour and 31 minutes. She advised that the claim had been approved and that payments (for building and contents) would be issued within 20 -25 business days. I spoke with the "desk adjuster" on November 7, 2022. The claim has now been pending for 3 months. The recoverable damages (as determined by Wright Flood's appointed field adjuster) are well in excess of policy limits. Our home was flooded in Hurricane **** ****** hours of hurricane landfall we filed a claim.

My home is insured through Wright National Flood Insurance. I am sure they will respond with the check was sent, well it has not been received and not one person has been in contact with me Just read all of the complaints, one star says it all.I still have not received my check to begin repairs on my home, my neighbors home is rebuit and completed. All I ask for is my check, someone to reach out to me, I have been paitent and always paid my premiums. This company is the worst and does not care about its clients. When I try to log into their website it promps to an incorrect email for me, when I try to correct it, it will not let me. They tries calling as well and gave up after 3 hours as well. Wright flood is horrible with communication, they do not return phone calls or emails, in fact they will leave you on hold for 3 hours, I also had Colonial Adjusters, who was hired by ****** Flood to handle my claim as a 3rd party. It is now going on 4 months sonce my home was damaged by the Hurrican ***. Wright Flood was set up as my Flood insurance by my Insurance Agent in ********** **. How long is the insurance company legally allowed to sit on this claim without paying it? We have exhausted our entire savings, maxed out every credit card we own, and put in 100's of hours of our own labor to get the house to the point it is at now, close to livable but not there yet. Without payment we are unable to finish the house enough to make it livable. When texting the line, no payment has been issued. The company has a text line set up to check the status of the payment. No check has been issued and once again tomorrow there will be no check in the mail. The representative explained that I should have seen the payment on the claim weeks ago, even stated that he would be expediting the claim for payment.

Last Friday, someone finally called me back about the claim. That call back has only happened once in the past 8 weeks. I have called the insurance company numerous times over the past 8 weeks (2-3 times a week) but no one ever answers the phone, I am prompted to leave a call back number for a representative to call me back. Unfortunately for us, that has not happened. On November 15th, the adjuster submitted his estimate to me and the insurance company and explained that I should see a payment in the mail within 10 days. The adjuster assisted us in receiving an advance of $20,000 to get started on mitigating the house. By that Sunday, the adjuster assigned to my house was there to assess the damage. The following day upon returning to my house, I filed a claim with my flood insurance company. On September 28, 2022, our house was flooded due to Hurricane ***.
